All employees will receive a 3% COLA and class sizes will not be increased!
Credit goes to each of you who became active during the budget process (whether you wore a "We're Worth More" button, attended a budget meeting, spoke at a budget hearing, emailed the BOS and SB, ensured that your colleagues and others were informed about the budget, etc.).
It is the collective work of LEA that brought this success.

The recent years of frozen salaries have been difficult for all LCPS employees. Given that fact, I want to express my appreciation of and support for your recommended budget reconciliation which retains the 3% COLA for all school employees, and ensures that class size limits will not increase for the coming school year.
