The Budget Process Isn't Over!

The Budget Process Isn't Over!

This Monday, April 29th the Loudoun County School Board will hear public comments before making its final decision on next year's school budget. This includes possible changes to healthcare and benefit plans for current and retired employees.

Click here to RSVP and attend the meeting with other members of the LEA community.

As you may already know, the School Board is facing some tough choices due to the Board of Supervisors' decision to cut taxes rather than fund our growing schools. Join us at Monday's meeting to tell the School Board to honor their commitments to LCPS employees, retirees, and students while finding savings elsewhere in this difficult budget.

Click here to RSVP and join your sisters and brothers at the meeting.

For too long our elected officials have chosen cuts over kids and this meeting is our opportunity to tell them what we think. We want to hear your ideas on where the School Board can find savings in the budget.

Click here to submit your ideas and RSVP for the meeting.

See you on Monday.

In Solidarity,

-LEA Team
